Here are some New Year's Traditions, what are your family's New Year Traditions?
For my family as I was growing up, it was always Pork Chops, Potatoes, Gravy, Cabbage along with other things, as you had to have 13 items for good luck. Then when we moved to Texas Black eyed peas got added to the list . . . not one of my favorites . . . however when I met my husband his family celebrates with Hopp'n Johns (black eyed peas, rich, tabasco sauce and a little more) and cabbage. I can honestly say I will eat the Black eyed peas that way.
