Every weekday morning I have a little something from Denise Austin in my inbox,  this morning I was going to skip reading it,  as I'm still feeling the burn from yesterdays NEW exercise routine. . .  but the title caught my attention.

Put A Fresh Face Forward

Your face endures a lot — from wind and cold weather to pollution and the sun — every day! That's why it's so important to take care of your face now, before it's too late. You should gently cleanse your skin every day and use a daily moisturizer with an SPF of at least 15. In addition, why not consider splurging on the occasional facial? [personally I love doing a Jordan Essentials facial at home] Besides deep-cleaning your skin, facials are incredibly relaxing. After an hour, your face will glow, you'll feel super mellow, and you'll definitely want to make your next appointment!



You can also create a spalike experience at home by donning your bathrobe, dimming the lights, and burning an aromatherapy candle while you cleanse your face with an over-the-counter deep cleanser, a purifying mask, or an exfoliating scrub. Apply a warm towel to your face when you're done, then smooth a light, vitamin-rich moisturizer onto your clean, dry skin. Then say, Ahhhhh!

"  explains a lot,  one of the things I enjoy most is using our Jordan Essentials with our Spa Polish  and facial brush.   I used to use our gentle cleanser every evening,  but I found that I feel asleep quicker when I used the Spa Polish.    My husband assured me that I was crazy.  But I've got a copy printed out,  to show him that I am sane!

Tip Tuesday:

Do you ever clean your makeup brushes? Did you know that if you use them daily they should be cleaned at the very least weekly. Try using Shampoo to wash them, rinse throughly, form and let air dry. Then once a month use your hair conditioner on them to keep them in GREAT Shape

The "EYE's" have it!

My eyes are something that I don't normally think about as they are hidden behind my glasses, and of course when I take my glasses off I don't see very much. So about the only time I give my eyes some thought is when they are tired, or weeping from allergies.

Earlier this month I was at an ABWA meeting and they had a plastic surgen as the guest speaker, and I was totally surprised by the number of women that had questions about their eyes. For all different reasons, not just wrinkles or bags.

So when I realized that we were coming out with some "EYE" products I was so excited and could not wait to try them. Then it was mentioned to me that many of the ladies have been using our Skin Firming Serum and our Age Defying Serum on their eyes. Now I've been using both on my face and never once thought of using them on my eye lids (I am now).

Do you find. . . .

. . . that some of the products that you may offer run in cycles. I've noticed that of late a couple of weeks back everyone was ordering "body silk", it's great for summer. Then in the past week or so it's been our "facial products".

One of my customers ordered some toner mist, and explained to me why she wanted to try it, she tried some several years ago when her husband was on a couple of "Dallas" episodes, and that she's been looking for something simular ever since.
