Tuesday Tip: Help for Chigger Bites!
Tuesday Tip:
Help for Chigger Bites
Chiggers (red bugs) continue to live and eat in your skin until they eventually die. If it still itches then its still eating. Use our detoxing clay mask to pull them out. Leave on bites for 20 minutes then rinse with WARM-HOT water. That opens your pores and allows them to come out easier and quicker. Miranda tested this one after a weekend in Louisiana!

Testimony Thursday: Hydrating Spray
Testimony Thursday:
Hydrating Spray
Great for our 4 legged Family Members too!
Debbie: Well this is about the hydrating spray, we had a baby calf born couple weeks ago and he was very ill with scours, so bad it took hide off his behind and we couldn't keep the flies off him long enough to heal, we started spraying him with the lemongrass citrus spray twice a day, yesterday he was jumping around and felt good enough to nurse. My husband said, "honey, this little guy has had a hard start to life, but i am sure that spray made a difference"! Lol!

Fact Friday: Lavender Oil for your Pets!
Fact Friday:
Lavender Oil IS for your Pets!
On the July 11, 2008, episode of NBC's Today show, Dr. Susan Wagner, an animal neurologist, along with animal behaviorist Dr. Terry Curtis promoted the use of essential oils.
During the Today's Pets segment, Dr. Wagner addressed the fear issues of several dogs including Bailey, a Labrador mix, who is afraid of water. Dr. Wagner suggested the use of Lavender essential oil as a treatment option for Bailey's phobia, and explained that, "When we talk about essential oils, we're not talking about fragrances that you buy at a bath and beauty store—these are therapeutic—grade essential oils, and lavender is one of the most calming plants.
So we can take a couple drops of oil and put it on a piece of clothing next to Bailey or even one drop and rub it between the hands and rub it down the back and it has an amazing calming effect."
Pets can also reap the benefits of Lavender oil!

Help for Wasp Stings
Help for Wasp Stings
Victoria : I
was in charge of baking a cake for 100 people for a family friend's
baptism. I was taking a break on my sofa when all of a sudden a wasp
came out of nowhere and stung me on my palm near my thumb, hitting my
nerve. I've never been stung before and the pain was excruciating!!! It
immediately turned red and swelled three times its size. I ran cold
water over it but nothing. I was getting nervous because my hand started
stiffening and I had to finish the cake. Then I remembered my Jordan
Essentials! I ran upstairs and applied detox clay mask for about 10
minutes, rinsed it off and then smothered my entire hand in Skin Relief.
I decided to go to bed early and hopefully I'd be better in the morning
to finish. When I awoke, the swelling was just about gone and there was
only a little mark where it had stung me. I was absolutely amazed- my
JE saved the day again!!!

Tuesday Tip: Ear Ache?
Tuesday Tip:
Ear Ache, try Essential Oils
A tip to help with Ear Aches from one of our Jordan Essentials Consultants!
Yesterday
morning, my right ear was a little achy. Not sure what was going on
whether it was allergies, sinus or maybe getting an infection. Last
night before bed, I took my EO Kit out. Found a recipe online for
earache and tried it.
Here is the recipe: Vita Flex
Massage 1-2 drops of essential oil on the ear lobes, and on the ear Vita
Flex points on the feet (the bottom of the fourth and fifth toes).
I used our Essential Oils spoon and filled it with the Multi Purpose Oil and put it
in our mixing jar. Then added 1 drop of Peppermint Oil and mixed.
Massaged my right ear lobe and flex points on my right foot. Today,
my ear did not bother me at all.

Fact Friday: Eucalyptus Oil and Staph bacteria
Fact Friday:
Eucalyptus Oil and Staph Bacteria
Did you know that a 2% solution of eucalyptus oil will kill 70% of airborne staph bacteria? This was recorded by Jean Valnet, MD. As a matter of fact, Dr. Valnet ran out of antibiotics during World War II and found that essential oils were a great substitute! He figured out uses of eucalyptus cause he didn't have another choice!
