Fact Friday: Tea Tree Oil
Did you know that Dr. Penfold did a study in 1923 and found that Tea Tree essential oil was 12 times stronger then carbolic acid? Carbolic acid was used at the time as an antiseptic bactericide.
I've been using Tea Tree oil on my bug bites for years (seems I'm allergic to most things that bite and the bite swells up to the size of a half dollar) it not only reduces the itching, but the swelling also.

Tea tree oil is great stuff.
I used it to rinse the kids hair if there was an outbreak of nits at school, awesome stuff.
