Self Care is Important for Stress Management

WOW, it's been an unbelievable couple of months for me, my Jordan Essentials Business is booming and my full time job has me working 6 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day. It's a great problem to have, but I've noticed that right now I'm in a constant state of STRESS!

Boy is STRESS exhausting.

Sometimes we each get so involved in day to day activities that you just completely forget about what is right in front of your nose.

I use our products daily, and I consider myself a shower person, especially since I'm up and at the office by 6:30 am.

Today, an article was shared with me on one of the forums that I belong to, and it was almost as if someone slapped me along side the head with a 2 x 4 . . . dah . . . A Break from Stress:Taking a break amidst a tub of warm bubbles I now know what I need. I just take some of our "Relaxing" Bubble Bath and take a nice relaxing bubble bath.
