If you've been reading my blog, you know that I love Cucumbers, and am always looking for different ways to eat them.
If you’re gonna snack, make it WORK for you! Cucumbers are a simple and overlooked option with absolutely major benefits.

- More commonly known benefits are that they reduce bloating, hydrate, and flush your digestive system, they are rich in fiber.

- Are said to aid with anxiety and neurological disorders when consumed
